STEP 2: APPLICATION INFORMATION
PRESENTATION FORMAT: The preferred method of submitting any proposal is via the Foundation’s website. 
We encourage you to use our on-line application. An alternative is to print the on-line application and send the information by mail. Please DO NOT send tapes, DVD’s, CD’s, brochures or bound proposals. No submitted materials will be returned.
TIMETABLE: Applications may be submitted at any time during the year.
NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION RECEIPT: An e-mail notification of the receipt of the application will be sent to the contact person noted in the application. Please note that, incomplete applications will not be considered for funding so please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed and submitted all of the requested information.
REVIEW & RESPONSE: The trustees meet four times throughout the year to evaluate proposals though no set time-table has been established. The applications will typically be reviewed within three months of receipt. If additional information is required the Foundation staff will contact the organization.
Upon completion of the review by the Trustees, a letter of acceptance or declination will be sent within two-three weeks of the decision. You will be advised as soon as possible of the decision by the Trustees.
EVALUATION & ACCOUNTABILITY: It is the desire of the Foundation to ensure that they, and the organizations they support, have been good stewards of the resources entrusted them. Accountability and communication are ways in which this can be attained. In each application, the organizations have outlined how they intend to utilize the funds received. As a prerequisite to accepting the grant funding, the organization agrees to provide an Evaluation Report on the outcomes from this funding within one year. The Evaluation Report will be sent with each approval letter. No future funding will be made without the Evaluation Report being submitted.
